It works through the brain to body response of everything we do. Each blade is defined by 2 life skills. Each of those are characterized by 3 easy to remember action words. Each actionable word has 3 traits that are taught weekly to tie together the life skill and overarching ‘blade’ theme for the cycle.
There are even logical hand signals that accompany the system to provide ease of memory to students and the low number of words (3) provides energy when repeated back. No more confusing long sentences that don’t work well repeated back in class.
